Which can be proper and at the same time vulgar as well ?
A FRACTION can be proper as well as vulgar at the same time, eg.1/3
Pretty sure there are many.
From google's second definition of vulgar:
making explicit and offensive reference to sex or bodily functions; coarse and rude.
From this we can get MANY examples from sexualized terms.
For example: pussy (cat), sausage (food) etc.
I suggest adding more hints/clues, which I feel a bit coming from the title.
